Paid digital downloads (templates, guides, and similar resources) are generally non-refundable once accessed or downloaded. If you believe you have been charged in error or experienced a technical issue, please contact us at hello@navisignal.app within 7 days of purchase and we will review your request in good faith.
For consulting engagements, payment and refund terms are governed by the applicable engagement agreement.
